| 2. The promo period is from September 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011**. Qualified cardholders can avail of free subscription to My-ShoppingBox.com from September 1 to November 30, 2010* and rebates on shipping fees from September 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011**. |

| 3. To avail of the free 12-month subscription (worth US $25), cardholder must register online at www.my-shoppingbox.com from September 1 to November 30, 2010*. Cardholder must click the banner ad in the homepage to be directed to the special registration site for the promo. Once registered, cardholder must use his My-ShoppingBox or U.S. shipping address within 90 days (3 months). |

| 4. To avail of the rebates on shipping fees, cardholder must pay for shipping at www.my-shoppingbox.com using his BDO Virtual Card from September 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011**. Rebates shall be posted by BDO to cardholder`s account on the following month. |
