3. Qualified cardholders can avail of free subscription to My-Shoppingbox.com and shipping fee rebates during the promo period (see offer).
4. To avail of the free 12-month subscription (worth US $25), cardholders must register online at www.my-shoppingbox.com. Cardholders must click the banner ad in the homepage to be directed to the special registration site for the promo. Once registered, cardholders must use his My-Shoppingbox or U.S. shipping address within 90 days (3 months).
5. To avail of the rebates on shipping fees, cardholders must pay for shipping at www.my-shoppingbox.com using his BDO Credit Card. Rebates shall be posted by BDO to cardholder's account on the following month.
